This functional art piece started out as an aluminum plate which was then water-jet cut into the stingray shape, rolled and formed into a shelf and given a highly polished finish with a ceramic clear coat. All of the mounting hardware is concealed.The Stingray shelf features interchangeable main platform surfaces to create the desired look.
